Service and account
Wobbi is an AI companion and island experience operated by the Wobbi Operations Team. The first launch is intended for North America, Europe, Japan, South Korea and Hong Kong, not mainland China. Keep your account secure and provide only information you are entitled to share.
Age and permission
Wobbi is intended for people aged 16 and over. AI features require your real birthday and are unavailable if you are under 16. If you are 16–17, you must obtain your parent or guardian’s permission and personally confirm that permission before enabling AI. This is a user declaration, not verified guardian authorization. We do not verify a guardian’s identity, contact them or send them safety notifications. Local mandatory rules may impose additional requirements.
Safe conversations and support
Wobbi is an AI virtual companion, not a human, therapist, emergency service or substitute for real relationships. Our conversation safeguards prohibit sexual or romantic roleplay, harmful instructions and pressure to depend on Wobbi or keep chatting. We remind users of the AI identity and suggest breaks at the start of a new day of conversation and after approximately each hour of accumulated foreground conversation use. Safeguards may miss or misclassify content. For possible self-harm or danger, support responses may direct users to local emergency services, trusted people or adults, and https://findahelpline.com. Wobbi cannot contact anyone for you.
Optional AI features
AI conversations, generated memories and life planning require a separate optional data-processing choice. AI responses may be inaccurate and are not medical, legal or financial advice. Do not rely on Wobbi for emergencies. Refusing AI processing does not prevent exploration of the island.
Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You authorize processing of selected content only as needed to provide the features you request, subject to the Privacy Policy and your choices. Do not submit content you lack rights to use or use the service for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Purchases
The App Store confirmation sheet shows the actual price, billing period and renewal terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple account settings. Account deletion does not cancel subscriptions. Virtual goods are used within Wobbi; applicable store refund rules and mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Account deletion and contact
You can request account deletion in Settings. For support, privacy requests or consumer concerns, contact the Wobbi Operations Team at wobbi-dev@rrecurengine.com or through Settings → Feedback. We may verify account ownership without requesting your password or verification code.
Your local rights
These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your place of residence. Any applicable mandatory rights take priority over conflicting terms. Changes to data processing are explained in the Privacy Policy and material AI changes require a new choice.
